Over the years, as I’ve been involved in the fitness industry, I found that there are just three major concerns, or fears, that people have before embarking on a fitness regime or taking up exercise of any sorts.
As a result, I thought it’d be worth looking at each of those three in turn and understanding a little bit more about them, so we may be able to address what’s going on.
