4% of your Day

One hour – seems a long time doesn’t it? By the time you’ve got changed after work, put the kettle on, made a cuppa, watched half an hour of TV (how many of you watch more than that each day?), faffed about a bit in the kitchen, basically done nothing, an hour will have passed.

And you say that you don’t have time to exercise. And that’s when one hour is just 4% of your day. Let’s now add in some rest days when you are not exercising. Say every other day. That brings us to an average of 2% of every day. And if you do a reasonable amount in that time (enough to get a sweat on) you’ll reap so many benefits it’s unbelievable.

Starting with just 2%, you’ll soon WANT to do 4%, rather than say you don’t have the time. The time will find itself.
