I do all I can to ensure that every session I put together is different. I will mix up exercises, intensities, partner work, individual work and team work equipment I will pan non equipment (bodyweight) sessions in order to ensure variety is maintained at all times.
What I like to guarantee is that every session is a surprise, and that attendees have really no idea what is coming up. This ensures that interest is maintained at all times and people keep coming back.
I will generally plan sessions that exercise pretty much all areas of the body. We will work on the upper body, lower body, and core and try and mix that up during the sessions. From time to time we may have a session where we concentrate for instance on legs, shoulders, or another specific area of the body, but this is rare. The key to keeping the mind and body in good shape is to keep it is to keep them agile and open to change at all times. And, by having an infinite variety of sessions which I plan, I also take into account what we’ve recently done, so as avoid overtraining specific areas of the body.
I ensure that that interest you have in a session is maintained. On the rare occasion that I may have repeated a session I will, even then, I will switch exercises around in case anyone has done it before (this generally happens only rarely when I run back to back sessions).
No complete session is ever repeated
