A potential bootcamp client asked me this just last week
Can I have a go first?
Absolutely. I would, and do, fully encourage people to come along for a trial session.
This is at a time or on a date that suits you (when a normal session is running). This is in order to allow you to decide whether you enjoy being and exercising outside. It allows you to meet current members, talk to them, and find out what it is like from them rather than from me!
And it also gives prospective members the chance to meet the instructors and see if we are a good fit for one another. In deciding whether to join a bootcamp or, more specifically, which bootcamp to join, I would absolutely recommend that you try a number and find which one suits you best because not all boot camps are same. Not all individuals the same.
I found that they are quite a personal experience and, over time, boot camps can create strong and lasting great friendships between members. It’s therefore really important that you choose carefully. You must have a go first. Virtually every boot camp that I know will provide a trial session or sessions so do give those a go.
Think long and hard about which suits you best.
And join that one.
