Do you offer “pay as you go” (PAYG)?

I am not a great fan of Pay As You Go as a membership option for the following reasons.

1 – Often, people who opt for Pay As You Go will not be particularly committed to an exercise regime and will therefore only come very occasionally

2- As a result of this people who opt for Pay As You Go and come only occasionally will not see any great benefits to their health and fitness and

3 – Therefore, conclude that attending bootcamp does not work.

Attending bootcamp does work if you attend regularly and meaningfully and make a genuine commitment to it. For me, Pay As You Go is not a genuine commitment.

For people who are what I might call are genuine exercises, those who regularly go to the gym go for runs, go swimming or something else, and would like to add a bootcamp session as an occasional extra to their general and maybe event specific training routine, then I would generally be happy for people to pop in from time to time on a Pay As You Go basis.

So in a nutshell, I’m not keen on Pay As You Go as it does not provide value for money. I you don’t get the results you expect because you don’t turn up as often as you should to get results. Only exercising occasionally won’t help much. Commitment and consistency is key.

But, as I said, if it’s part of a of an integrated programme that you are undergoing, then I will look upon that more favourably.

In the end, it’s your call to do what you believe is best for you.
