Do you train indoors?

Queens Park Fitness is a is an outdoor boot camp. We run five sessions a week in Thornton Park in Northampton.

Once a week, in the winter, between October and March, we will also hire a local hall or community centre in order to have one light, dry and non-muddy session a week. This ensures that all members are able to maintain consistency of attendance and exercise all year round.

And to be honest, some people really don’t want to exercise outside in the dark in the winter, and by having an indoor session once a week, this gives everyone the opportunity to get some exercise with Queens Park fitness throughout the year.

QPF is an outdoor boot camp – primarily.

We also recognise that that’s not for everyone all the time, and therefore, make sure that we provide for everybody’s requirements, an head indoors once a week in the winter.
