Yes, we do train on bank holidays.
Typically if we would usually have an evening session on what becomes a bank holiday, then I will move the time of that session to nine o’clock in the morning. This enables people to come along before the day is up and running, get their workout done, and then spend the rest of the bank holiday doing what they would like to with friends and family. This means members will not feel any obligation to cut their day short to come to a bootcamp session.
For Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day I will not put on a boot camp but for all other bank holidays boot camp sessions will continue to run so you will not miss out on any sessions. We just move the session to a more convenient time of day, and will communicate the specific arrangements nearer the time.
