Do you train people for specific events?

On the whole, a bootcamp will be an excellent complementary training method for those of you preparing for specific events. Your performance in running, swimming, cycling (and other such activities) will be enhanced by attending bootcamp sessions. These will provide an excellent form of cross training for those three activities named above.

Activity specific training plans will of course be needed for those of you training for particular events, and bootcamp will add the element of cross training required. These sessions will ensure that the other parts of your body will be exercised and prepared for the main event.

The bootcamp sessions themselves are not designed specifically for such activities, they’re for more general and overall physical conditioning. They provide for strength and stamina through the activities undertaken. Although bootcamp does not, or is not set up with any kind of specific activity in mind, it is a supremely valuable addition to any training regime you may be undertaking.
