never miss a session

I was talking to a chap in my HIIT class last night, about the fact that he never seems to miss a single session in the week. “Well, it’s as if I’m missing out on something” he remarked. He says he feels like he’s at a loose end when not out in the park when everyone else is.

I know exactly what he means. I’d actually just finished running a small group session of my own and was planning on a night off, feet up, relaxing. Didn’t happen. I drove straight past my house and to the HIIT session, and loved it!

Once you get into the habit, not going feels so uncomfortable. Exercise, outside, with friends, is seriously addictive, in a great way. And the chap I spoke with, he won’t be going back to an indoor gym, not after experiencing this
