Teamwork and fun are what matters here, getting fit whilst having a laugh at the same time. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t just playtime, some serious training gets done – you just might not notice at the time.
Using games, competitions and music to mix it up, there’s never been a better way to exercise. For many, it’s also a fantastic way to get away from it all for some “me time” in the week.
Sessions take place at 6:30pm Mondays and Thursdays, 7:00pm on Tuesdays, and 8:00am Saturdays, in Thornton Park, with membership costing just £28/month.
Membership is based on a one month rolling contract, preceded by a free trial session.
1:1 Personal Training
If you have a specific goal in mind then 1:1 Personal Training is the way to go. Owen will work with you to provide all the help and guidance you need to achieve what you want – you just put in the hard work and reap the rewards.
1:1 Personal Training may take place in the park, or in our very own purpose designed studio.
Bespoke Personal Training sessions are available on request.
The session cost is £35/hour, payable monthly in arrears, by e-mailed electronic invoice.
indoor studio
Offering a unique training experience, Queens Park Fitness’s brand new studio has been specially designed to bring you the best indoor fitness experience possible. With equipment ranging from Clubbells to TRX, Maces to Bosu, and Pliometric boxes, the studio is a facility built around your fitness.
As well as hosting individual 1:1 Personal Training, the studio is also large enough to host Small Group Training sessions for up to 5 participants and your coach, so sessions can be tailored to suit your budget, as well as your body.
If “Big Gyms” aren’t your scene, and the idea of outdoor exercise might not appeal, then the studio is the answer you’ve been waiting for, and I cannot wait to welcome you in.
Small Group sessions cost £20 per attendee (Minimum of 2 attendees, maximum 5) payable in advance, by e-mailed electronic invoice.
