What have you done to keep fit in the past? Bikrams yoga, running, swimming, cycling, triathlon, weight training, personal training sessions, BMF   What 3 words would you use to describe Owen’s approach to your fitness goals? Maximize performance potential   How have you benefitted, personally, from working with Owen? Owen  motivates, encourages and inspires me to push myself to my limits. He is incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming with information based on both his own experiences as an athlete and long distance runner as well as running coach and personal trainer. He is relatable and understands that sometimes you may not feel like pushing yourself to the max but will provide humour and encouragement that make you  give 100% regardless.   What would you say to anyone worried about exercising outside, especially in the rain, or dark?   Having the right clothing and shoes makes all the difference. Get good trail running shoes and moisture wicking tops/bottoms as well as thick gloves for cold/wet weather. Embrace the somewhat tough conditions and revel in the feeling that you are doing something adventurous and different while the majority have their feet up watching t.v! How does exercising, in the Park, work for you? Being outside with fellow exercise enthusiasts to me is the ultimate stress relief. Every session is different and will leave you feeling that you have worked your whole body. Since exercising in the park I have made new friends and I am now probably the fittest I have ever been
