What if I don’t have time to exercise?

OK, so I hear this ALL the time, and I get it that we all have busy lives these days. But I also get quite annoyed with this one.

You see, most of us watch some TV, many of us go to bed too late, enjoy the odd takeaway, a drink or two, and feel dog tired for much of the time.

And here’s the thing:

If you don’t have your health, you have nothing. With your health, you have everything, and more.

The more you move about, exercise, the more energetic you feel. It may sound bonkers but if you expend more energy, you HAVE more energy. If you flop on the sofa, you FEEL tired.

So what does this have to do with not having enough time? Well, if I were to say that spending just 2% of your day performing some kind of exercise that would have a significant impact on your immediate health and energy, do you think you could find that tiny amount of time?

Imagine your boss giving you a 2% raise.

You’d hardly notice it.

2%.

Hardly noticeable.

But massively impactful when it’s meaningful exercise.

And 2% is just 30 minutes of your day. 30 minutes to gain more energy, lose weight, tone up, feel vibrant and alive.

And with this energy you’ll be able to achieve more, so you’ll even get the time back – BONUS!!

And where do you find this time from?

Cut out some TV time – get off Facebook/Instagram/TikTok – get up a little earlier (go to bed earlier too) – actually TAKE a lunch break from work and get away from your desk/workspace.

2% of your day.

That’s all!

Whatever you say, you DO have time for exercise.

In fact, look around at some of the busiest and most successful people out there and you’ll find something they all have in common – they look after themselves – they exercise.

Everyone has the time to look after themselves. There is no excuse.
