When it comes to exercising, you may be asking “Where do I start?” especially if you’ve not been sporty before, or active in other ways.
Rather than thinking that you need to join a gym, go to Zumba or do circuits, lift weights and so on, perhaps a simper approach would help. Maybe you enjoyed gently drifting round the pool on holiday, or going blackberry picking in late August? Perhaps even playing football more with your children?
Do a little of what’s fun, outside, in the fresh air. Take a romantic evening stroll rather than have a film night. If it snows, build a snowman with your friends. Just getting moving is really all you need to do – soon enough you’ll feel better for it – and there’s nothing complicated about it
